  8. There are several reasons why renting linens is more beneficial to buying them.

  1. How do I create an account?
  2. You can create an account by clicking the "Create Account" link on the Clemens website and submitting all of the necessary information.

  3. How do I edit my account information?
  4. Once you've created and registered your account, you have the ability to edit your personal and login information.

  5. How much is my shipping?
  6. It depends upon your shipping method, the location you've entered. However, the shipping is quite minimal around $10 or so.

  7. What do I do if I forget my username and password?
  8. If you forget your username and/or password, you can retrieve it by contacting Clemens or providing your email address and having the information sent to you

  11. I received the wrong product.
  12. No worries. All you need is to give us a call and we would replace the wrong product with your desired one.

  13. What is your return policy?
  14. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 30 days of receipt in its original condition. If the item has been worn or washed or has been customized in any of the following ways: with emblems, altered; silkscreen or embroidery please call us to advise us of the return and the reason for the return. Depending on the nature of the return a small service charge may be applied to your return.
    If the packing slip is no longer available, call us to discuss your return so that we can be ready to receive the items properly. Please return the item(s) via a traceable or insured method to prevent the package from being lost in the mail. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.

  1. Can I change my order?
  2. We believe in providing a quality product for our customers at a great price and delivering that product as promised. Unfortunately, since all the shirts we produce are custom designed by you, they are not returnable.

  3. When will my order be shipped?
  4. Your order will be shipped in 1-2 working days.

  5. Can I add items to my order?
  6. Yes, prior to checking out, you are given the option to add items to your order via the Clemens Uniform website

  7. How can I check the status of my order?
  8. All you need is to log in to your account and feed in your order no.

  9. What If I need to make changes to my order after it is processed?
  10. Sorry if the order is already shipped then you cannot make any further changes. Prior to that, you can make it by giving us a call.

  11. What If I need to cancel my order after it has been processed?
  12. Your order will be cancelled, but your paid amount can only be retrieved within 1-2 weeks.

  13. My credit card was not accepted. What should I do?

  15. How long does it take my order to arrive?
  16. It depends upon the shipping destination. It usually takes 2-3 working days, but considering the delivery station, it can even take a week-long time.

  17. How do I collect my order?
  18. All you need is to be present in your mentioned address to receive your order on UPS Ground.
